How to play Hi-Lo

  1. Set an in-game currency wager from $10K to $300M. Your starting card is face up.
  2. Predict whether the next card is higher or lower. Aces are low and kings are high. “Or same” includes a matching rank.
  3. On an ace or king, choose the other direction or “Same”. Each draw is independent, with all 52 cards equally likely.
  4. Cash out after a correct guess, or keep going. A wrong guess loses the wager.
  5. Skip for free without changing your multiplier. A round allows up to 100 correct guesses and 1,000 cards; skipping stops at card 900.

Each guess pays 0.97 ÷ its chance of winning, compounded on your current multiplier. Returns are rounded down once, at cash-out. Choices that could exceed the $5B payout limit are unavailable; you can still cash out. At the round limit, a correct guess cashes out automatically.

The server commits to a seed before your wager, draws each card from that seed and your client seed, then reveals its seed when the round ends. Refreshing does not restart your wager.

How to play DonutSMP Hi-Lo

DonutRoyal Hi-Lo uses DonutSMP in-game currency and is for players aged 18 and over. Choose a wager from 10,000 to 300 million, then predict the next card from the face-up starting card. A correct guess increases the amount available to collect. A wrong guess ends the round and loses the wager.

Higher, lower and matching cards

Aces are low and kings are high. For ranks 2 through Q, the buttons say Higher or same and Lower or same: a matching rank wins either choice. On an ace, the two choices are Higher and Same; on a king, they are Lower and Same. Read the current button labels and chances before choosing.

Each new draw selects from all 52 cards, so a card can repeat and suits do not affect a guess. For a seven, Higher or same wins on 7 through K: seven of the thirteen ranks, or about 53.85%. Previously drawn cards are not removed from a shrinking deck.

Returns and cashing out

Each correct guess multiplies the current return by 0.97 divided by that choice’s win probability. For example, a correct first Higher or same guess from a seven on a 100,000 wager returns 180,142 if you cash out immediately. That total includes the original stake; the profit is 80,142.

Cashout becomes available after at least one correct guess. Continuing risks the entire accumulated return. The server compounds the exact factors and rounds the final payout down to whole currency units; use the cashout amount rather than multiplying the rounded multiplier shown on screen.

A choice that would exceed the 5 billion payout limit is unavailable. A successful guess at the limit of 100 correct guesses or 1,000 draws after the starting card cashes out automatically. These limits do not guarantee a winning round.

Skipping and returning to a round

Skip changes the face-up card without charging another wager, increasing the multiplier or counting as a correct guess. During an active round, skipping stops once the draw counter reaches 900; guesses and skips both count as draws. Quick deal changes animation speed, not the rules or returns.

Refreshing does not restart an active wager. If the page is checking a pending action, use its Retry same action control and wait for the confirmed state before making another choice.

What the round proof shows

Hi-Lo publishes a server-seed commitment before the wager, uses that seed with the client seed to draw cards, and reveals the server seed when the round ends. Open the game’s rules dialog to see Round fairness for your loaded round. Save the original commitment before play if you want to check the later reveal.

A matching seed hash alone does not verify the card sequence or payout. A complete check needs the round identifier, client seed, draw numbers and the game-specific calculation. The visible history keeps only the latest 100 entries and may not cover a long round. These checks concern a completed round; they do not predict future cards or guarantee a win. Read what fairness verification can prove.
